Mr. Molini is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 25 years of professional experience.  Mr. Molini is licensed to practice public accounting by the State of Missouri.  His broad experience, in the areas of accounting, income tax planning and IT consulting, allows him to offer creative solutions to clients in all areas of business operations.  Mr. Molini assists a variety of clients with tax and financial reporting concerns, as well as IT systems implementations work.

Mr. Molini works with clients to manage the tax consequences of successful business operations.  He also consults with clients on improving the information processing and financial reporting of their organizations. He supports QuickBooks®, Peachtree® and MAS200® financial systems.

Carol Durham has over 20 years experience in income tax preparation and accounting services.

 

Carol’s responsibilities for the firm include personal and corporate tax planning and tax preparation.  Carol works with a variety of individuals and small business clients to improve business operations and financial reporting.  Her specialty is in working with business clients who are having problems with payroll tax processing and payroll reporting.  Carol has a proven ability to work with tax authorities to resolve business problems.

Penny Kennedy has over 30 years experience in corporate accounting..

 

Penny’s responsibilities for the firm include payroll processing, payroll reporting and online payment processing.  Penny has recently developed electronic payment processing for selected clients, utilizing secure web-based services to automate client Accounts Payable processing.  She also handles quarterly and annual payroll reporting for our clients.
